By default, most apps, including Telegram and Discord open links in "In-App Safari", this is forcing you to stay in the app.
In Telegram:
- Go to Settings > Data and Storage > Scroll to "Other" > Change "Open Links in" to Safari
In Discord:
- Go to Settings > Scroll to "App Settings" > Web Browser > Change to Safari
